Spring Break
Easter break is nearly upon us. I leave for London on Saturday where I will finally be reunited with my family and friends. We're staying until Monday, when we fly back to Stockholm.
I am so excited to be going home. It's a nice opportunity for me to recharge my batteries and relax a little bit before I go back to uni. While I'm in Stockholm, I hope I will be able to go to Livrustkammaren (The Royal Armoury) on Slottsbacken to visit the Games of Thrones exhibition! A replica of the Iron Throne will be present, as well as some of the costumes from the series! I'm eagerly waiting for this awesome opportunity!
In early April I'll be flying over the Baltic to visit Jenny in Helsinki. Chris and Helen will also be there, a nice opportunity for us all to catch up :)

Library
The library is pretty much my second home at the moment. I feel like I spend more time there than anywhere else. I am so tired that I could easily fall asleep right now, even though it's only seven o'clock… Ugh. I cannot express enough how much I despise exams. They are the silliest piece of crap ever invented and I freakin' hate that practically my whole future depends on how well I do during those hours. If I get below a 12 (out of 20) on my psychology I won't get into honours. Christ… This is a sick, sick world we live in. Okay, I'll stop my rant now.
The good news is that I am going down to Aberystwyth next Thursday to visit Helen! I haven't seen her since August, so I really can't wait to see her! I don't know what she has planned for us to do... probably nothing, haha. I know we're going out and that we're going to look at the town and the campus. When she came up to Aberdeen last April, pretty much all we did apart from a tour of the campus and town and a few study hours in the library, was watch Wallander, eat Doritos, drink beer in the sun and laugh so hard that we cried.
Peace!

I Heart Spring
1. What is your favourite spring nail polish?
Two months ago I bought a beautiful dark pink nail polish from Topshop. It's called "One Hot Minute," however the colour of the nail polish in the pictures don't look anything like how it does in real life - it's more pink.
I also like mint green and corals for the spring and summer!
2. What is your favourite spring flower?
Last week I bought a potted white narcissus for my room. It's slowly starting to bloom now and I'm so excited!
My favourite spring/summer flower are peonies. They can bloom from April through to June/July, but where I live I think they start to bloom in June.
Tulips are another favourite for spring and I love them in all their different colours and styles!
3. What is your favourite fragrance (body spray/perfume etc.) this spring?
This whole year I've been alternating between two Victoria's Secret perfumes. One is the Bombshell body mist which smells of purple passion fruit, Shangri-la, yellow peony and vanilla orchid - in other words GORGEOUS! The other fragrance is a body mist called Secret Charm which smells of fresh honeysuckle and jasmine. I also have the body lotion for this scent.
4. What is spring like where you live?
Spring has finally arrived here! It's been sunny and fairly warm (10-14°C - yes, this is warm for me) but extremely windy for the past week I've been here. It did rain yesterday but that's all part of living in the UK - very wet.
The park's flowers are in full bloom and hopefully the trees will be lush and green soon :D
5. What are your favourite spring accessories?
Sunglasses!
6. Which are your favourite spring shoes?
I recently purchased a pair of Chipie shoes and these are the ultimate spring shoe. They're easy to put on, which I like, and are fairly comfortable.
