Free Run
The other day I finally purchased a new pair of running shoes. I had heard that the Nike Free Run+3 are very comfortable, but I didn't know exactly how comfortable until I slipped the shoes onto my feet and took a step forward! They are truly amazing - it feels like your walking on a mattress or cushion or something. However, I was first attracted to this pair because of the colour! Nike Free Run's are known for their vibrant coloured shoes, and this purple pair is perfect for me!

Working Girl

My first week of work has been accomplished! Even though these first four days were exhausting, I have learned a lot and look forward to work on Monday. This is a good sign!
This week I worked from 14.20 to 22.40 I was really tired around 21.00 but worked my way through the next hour and forty minutes. Next week I will start at 6.00 and finish at 14.20. According to my brother it's a lot better working from the early hours of the mornings. He says it's because your body is like on autopilot until 10 o'clock when you are fully awake and then you only have fours hours left of work. Once you get home you have the rest of the day to do things ;)

Update
I haven't blogged in a while because I haven't been very inspired, which is a shame. However, I thought I'd make a quick update of what's been going on in my life. Since I got back home I have been busy enjoying the nice, summer weather we are having, meeting up with friends for drinks, celebrating my friend's graduations, spending time with my family, chilling at home and playing GTA IV haha. On Monday I start work, which I am excited and nervous about! I'll be working for five weeks and after that I am going on holiday with Helen.

This Time Last Year - June 2012
June was a very good month for me. I graduated (!!), I studied for my drivers license (maybe not as fun but the end result was totally worth it!), I celebrated Midsummer's Eve (which is always lovely), I said goodbye to Emma who was going back to the U.S. (which wasn't as fun..) and lastly I travelled to London to celebrate Jenny and Helen's 18th!
